Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need an account to place an order. However, it is easier when you want to place an order to create an Ensemble account. Your details will be remembered and filled in immediately with your next order. This also gives you a handy overview of your order history. We can also keep you informed of the latest trends and cool promotions.

Do sold-out items still come back in stock?

We do our best to restock sold out items as soon as possible. We advise you to subscribe to the restock alert next to the item in question. When the item is restocked you will automatically receive an email from us!

Can you help with orders from other platforms or physical stores?

No, we can only assist with orders placed through our official webshop. Unfortunately, we cannot help with issues related to purchases made on other platforms or in physical stores. For those orders, please contact the store or platform where you made the purchase.

How to return my items?

You have the right to return (part of) your order within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted. To return items, use the packing slip included with your order as your return form. Please fill it out as completely as possible and include it with your return shipment. Ensemble does provide return labels but will not reimburse your shipping costs. How long will it take to receive a refund?

Once received, it may take up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and refunded. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated. During holiday and sale periods, return processing may take longer due to high volumes in our warehouse and with delivery services.
